Why this is one of the biggest news we ever hear about BioShock? Not only did Gore Verbinski clearly have a particular interest in the game, but I 'm a big fan of his ability to manage absolutely epic films . I will be honest, I loved Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Verbinski really showed his ability to direct a dark, unrelenting movies all while still managing an epic story. If anything, that should be enough to have you in the mood for BioShock on the big screen adaptation. Do not forget that Verbinski also directed the rather freaky The Ring in 2002.
